I almost reached at the top when suddenly I noticed my suitcase became lighter than before. I looked back down the stairs and saw some of my clothes were laying all over the stairs.

Oh my...my underwear!!!

One of my panty, the bright color one was laying beside of my suitcase but there was a hand suddenly reached for it out of nowhere. I looked up and saw a guy with bronze hair picked it up, totally making my cheeks were burning so much.

I bet I look so red as a tomato right now!

That guy was holding my panty!!! Why did this shameful thing happen to me, in my very first day at school!?

I quickly stood up properly, then swiftly stole my underwear back from his grip without even dare to look at his face at all.

"What a bright color one..." he said annoyingly as I was trying so hard to hide it back in my suitcase.

"Oh my God, this is so embarrassing!

I quickly crouched again to pick my other clothes which laying on some of the stairs, but suddenly I lost control of my steps and almost fell over of the stairs. But with a quick reflect of that guy, he managed to grab my hand. My heart pounded so hard.....uh-oh....our grip were not strong enough, making me completely lost my steps once again. I could see he was in shocked too but forget about him. What about me??? Am I going to die like this????

I closed my eyes, hoping that my death will not hurt so much, but nothing happened actually as if like there was some other person caught me from behind.

I breathe in then exhaled immediately as I heard someone asked for my condition. I quickly moved away from him then looked up so that I could took a proper look of my rescuer. A dark brown hair guy with a pair of grey eyes was standing right in front of me and surprisingly, I actually knew him.

A sudden joy feeling surrounded me, as I looked at my very first love; the boy who happened to be my crush 7 years ago and now he was standing all grown up right in front of me.

Adam.....

"Are you okay?" he asked me worriedly, with his dazzling eyes never left mine. "Luckily, I was fast to reach here or else...."

"T-thank you....for saving me," God, he actually made me stuttered. Honestly it was a habit of mine, but I have changed it....tried to change it but in front of Adam, I guess I could not never do that.

"No worries..." he replied while scratching the back of his hair, then curving a small smile on his lips. "You must be a new student..."

Wait how did he know anyway.

Oh how silly I am, I am the only who is not wearing uniform and also carried a suitcase with me too.

"Y-yes...it's my first day here,"

He smiles, "That's great....I mean, well after all of this happened, I wish you will have a great day after this..."

"Ugh...give me a break," another voice suddenly interrupted us and it was from that previous guy whom I actually totally forgotten about him. "I'll leave first...dope." The rudely just walked away from me and Adam without looking at me.

"I'm sorry about that," Adam quickly apologized. "He's always like that, just ignore him, okay..."

Adam is so much different from that previous guy, just like before he always help people in trouble and of course the smiles were never left his face for once.

I put all of my scattered clothes back into my suitcase with the help of Adam and of course I hid all of my underwear quickly so that he would not notice them.

I thought he might recognize me at first but I was wrong since we only met for once at a party. He did not notice me actually as I left the party early as my mom suddenly in labor, to give birth to my younger sister. And it was the same day I lost my mother and him too...who lost both of his parents in an accident.

"Ummm...may I know where the office is?" I asked him politely.

"Well...I can show it if you want since it is on my way too..."he replied while slinging his backpack on his right shoulder. "Here, let me help you with the suitcase.." Without I could say anything, he already grabbed my suitcase and brought it along with him towards the school office.

"Adam!!!!" a middle age lady suddenly shouted out of his name as soon as we entered the office. She was wearing black female career suit and seemed a bit mad to Adam when saw him appeared at the office's doorstep. "Do you know what time is it right now?!"

And as usual, Adam just gave her a smile, but a goofy one while scratching the back of his hair, "Sorry, Mrs Carter....I was just helping the new student to get here..."

I quickly curved a smile when saw her turned to look at me, "Hello, ma'am, my name is Aireen Hermann and I'm a transfer student from London. Here is my document..."

Adam was practically looking at me with his eyes wide opened, before turned his gaze back again to the lady who happened to be the school principal.

Oh God, I totally forgot to introduce myself to him!

"Oh yes...Aireen Hermann, I already have been informed that you will arrive here this afternoon, but nevermind,""she curved a smile then took the white envelope which I handed to her earlier. "Oh I almost forgot, Mr Blake, please do go to your class now if you don't want to get any punishment again."

"Yes ma'am," that silly Adam replied her along with a salute.

So childish...

But my heart skipped its beats when he moved to look at me with his beautiful eyes were staring into mine, "It's nice to meet you, Aireen..." he then pushed the suitcase back to me and waved his right hand along with his goofy smile before leaving me with the principal.

It's nice to meet you again, Adam.
