Eyes were strolling on her, people whispered to each other as they passed by and she brushed her long brown hair down to cover her face.

No one should recognize her, even a single picture could cause a tremendous scandal.

Going inside the elevator, she touched the parking sign without hesitation. She recalled how she permitted the man to drive her to a hotel and this greedy rascal brought her to the expensive luxury six stars hotel that belonged to Residex company with a mysterious haughty CEO, who also held Pearl Group that she was meant to meet last night.

She had never seen him but she heard from gossips that he was breathtakingly handsome and indifferent toward women.

Sigh! That was a double hump, she had to explain to her father how she neglected the only task he had ever handed over to her. And she failed it.

Getting inside the parking lot, she found her car and jumped inside in a rapid move, carefully gazing around to see if any familiar person was around or if someone was capturing a picture.

Brushing her hair off her face, she winced back. Her makeup screwed her face up and she looked like a devastated witch!

She cleansed her face with makeup remover cotton. Fixing her thought, she took a deep breath.

"Gina Kurdow, you have crossed the limits and I won't forgive your betrayal, wait and see!"

"I swear to repay this!" she gritted her teeth and started the engine.

She was still baffled and wanted it to be a nightmare but... Alas, she had seen it with her own eyes.

Driving out of the parking lot, she drew her way to Gina's house and half an hour later, she pressed on the brake pedal.

"I'll tear your skin with my nails, I'll make sure even devils spat saliva on you!"

She got out of the car and fixed her dress, bringing her courage to stand out and lead her ahead.

Ringing the bell, Rose Hemsworth, Gina's mother opened the door looking stunned to notice the girl this early yet welcomed her with a comely gleeful countenance.

"Oh, Leila? Good morning, my dear! Gina is not home."

Suspicious! She did try to send her away!

It made her even angrier. The whole way, she was planning how to kick Gina and leave her head hairless...

"Where is she?"

It was all she said and barged in like a troop of furious boars that jerked and strode around, carefully scanning the first floor.

"Is there something wrong? She hasn't told me you'd come!"

Rose's face ran annoyed and distressed when the girl climbed the stairs.

"Where is that wench?"

"Excuse me!"

"Are you talking about Gina?"

"She is not here!"

Leila didn't want to clarify things with Rose, she was here to get even with Gina so kept searching for her.

"Is this what you call my daughter? Your friend..."

She followed Leila and tried to keep her voice low but Leila didn't mind shouting.

"Yes, where is that treason wench?"

Her lips twitched up as she was opening the doors and searched for her. It made her anxious when she could not find that snake. She must have been with Jason last night and did not come back home. Or probably she was hiding somewhat so as not to encounter her.

"Come out Gina, don't be shy!"

She kept shouting and when she opened the second bedroom's door something unexpected muffled her.

She stalled in an instant, a man sat at the edge of the bed, naked.

Not every man, but a man she assumed to know better than anyone. A man who said that he felt unwell and would stay with his old friends, a man who she called 'FATHER', and he lied! He sent her to that meeting while he was here to satisfy himself, for leisure, and he could not even imagine what he just did!

Their eyes met and instead of shame, irritation veiled her father's face.

The great meritorious Brendan Orrico spent the whole night with Rose Hemsworth! He stayed with the mother of Gina Kurdow, the mother of the girl who betrayed her and vowed to take everything from her!

Her eyes were about to bulge out of the sockets! Rose was her father's mistress? How long had they had affairs? Was it for money? She could not presume otherwise!

"Get out, disgraceful fool!"

Brendan cried out, his eyes filled with wrath.

She didn't know how but she closed her eyes and slammed the door. Running down the stairs in despair, she stopped. Why? Her life was collapsing as if a bomb had hit her life from nowhere!

Gina just happened to loot everything and everyone she loved, from her boyfriend to her father.

No, not just her, also her so-called best friend's mother had stolen her father, both of them schemed this. To ruin her life!

Switching her path to Rose who was walking after her to explain, she cussed as loud as she could, "How dare you bitches be tempted to take the men I love?"

Rose flinched and stopped where she was.

The girl was shivering and madness had masked her face.

"Please calm down!" Rose pleaded with her.

"Do you always go around to open your legs for handsome and rich men?"

Leila let out a burst of aggrieved laughter, ignoring that the woman's face tinted in yellow, and trailed off, "Of course, you do, like mother, like daughter."

"You taught her to steal others' beloved, why am I wondering? Did you teach her how to hook up with men and get money?"

She poked Rose's shoulder with her forefinger and added, "I won't be surprised if I find out that you killed my mother to be with her husband!"

"This is an accusation! It is not like what you..."

Rose was interrupted by the entrance door's knock. Their heads averted to the entrance side.

Gina stormed inside, seeing Leila humiliating her mother, she wasn't here to apologize, she was like a fierce assaulted cat. As if Leila had done something wrong, not them!

For a short moment, it made Leila dubious about her judgments but she quickly shoved it away. She wasn't a naive girl who would be fooled like this.

That did not matter what it cost her, she wouldn't let go of these bitches.
