In the year Belinda Cantrell turned twenty-nine, amidst a chorus of cheers, she paid the price for her own short, rebellious life. Given a second chance in life, she gazed at Lucas Cantrell's youthful yet sinister countenance and decided to choose wisely. Without hesitation, she leaped towards him, showing her love. The Cantrell family believed she had been possessed. After all, Lucas seemed destined to bring calamity, putting those around him in constant danger. How did their beloved daughter suddenly transform her nature after falling ill? "Lucas, whether you agree or not, you're mine!" declared the determined little five-year-old girl.

On the sweltering midsummer days, the mood of the servants in Laurel Courtyard of Cantrell family's House was even more restless than the weather.

They frantically opened their eyes wide, staring at the small master of the Cantrell family, who was struggling to prop herself up on the window sill with her chubby little arms. Her plump, milky white short legs were swinging in the air forcefully. They pleaded helplessly and nervously, "Miss Belinda, can you please come down first? If you want to punish Mr.Lucas, we will go down and punish him however you want, but please, can we not climb on the windows?"

The servants were on the verge of crying; who doesn't know that Miss Belinda of Dwight Verda is the lifeblood of Beatrice Cantrell, the Madam Cantrell? If she suffered even the slightest harm, their lives would not be enough to compensate!

Unfortunately, this Miss Belinda... was spoiled and capricious, arrogant and wayward. She only considered them as air, and paid no heed...

At this moment, she was glaring with her clear round eyes at Lucas, who was just twelve years old and was punished to kneel for a day by her grandmother for pushing her into the swimming pool. Belinda's mind was buzzing!

Damn, did she actually reincarnate?

And she reincarnated back to when she was five?

Before Belinda could sort out her thoughts, her Shirley, Shirley, came with a childish rebuke from downstairs, "Lucas, how dare you, a foster child brought back to the Cantrell family, lay hands on Belinda? Are you not planning on staying in Cantrell family's house until eighteen? Planning to go out and pick up garbage?

I tell you, even if you are going out to be a beggar, grandmother will not let you go easily, and Belinda will not let you go either, just you wait and see, you're done for!"

'Boom' - the already buzzing brain seemed to explode all of a sudden as if it were ignited suddenly. The familiar catchphrase of her Shirley was still lingering in her ears.

Belinda, who had tragically died in the previous life and floated in the sky as a cloud for a whopping thirty years, appeared to have figured something out. With her pale face, she swung her chubby little legs, jumped nimbly onto the ground and ran downstairs, completely ignoring the wailing of people behind her.

No Kidding!

She needed to hurry!

Even faster!

After all... the Cantrell family's Mr. Lucas who was kneeling downstairs, was the big shot that she regretted not having clung onto for decades!

As soon as she got downstairs, Belinda saw Shirley, her Shirley, holding a stone and smashing it onto Lucas's head.

"You ungrateful rat! We are still feeding you at home. I don't think you should wait till you're an adult. Go out of the Cantrell family now and beg for a living!"

Just as Shirley was about to smash another stone on Lucas's body, Belinda shouted anxiously in a hoarse and unpleasant voice, "Shirley, stop!"

"Belinda?" Shirley paused, a bit puzzled, thinking it was improbable, then shoved the stone in her hand to her, saying, "You arrived just in time, let me help you take your revenge."

Take...revenge?

Belinda declared she had no intention of avenging anyone, she just wanted to be good to him for a better future!

With her tiny body exerting all its strength to wrench free from Shirley, Belinda tossed the stone away, and again declared, "No! You must not bully Lucas!"

Lu-Lucas?

Shirley looked baffled, and the servants who had chased Belinda not far behind were equally taken aback.

Even the boy kneeling on the cold ground looked up doubtfully. His deep, dark, bottomless eyes were chilling.

"Be...Belinda?" Shirley stood stunned in the same place, with a crowd of servants gazing in shock at her behind.

With a straight back, Lucas looked at his ninth Sister, Belinda Cantrell, who had always enjoyed bullying him, with a sense of an aloof young lone wolf teeming with scrutiny, exploration, and speculation.

A second later, Lucas mocked himself. Was he really hoping that she would stand up for him?
