Scenic City.
In the enveloping darkness, amidst a tapestry of bright lights and vivid extravagance, people were lost in their own desires.
Within the Presidential Suite, luxurious curtains blocked the outside din. In the darkness, the shattered sound of heavy breathing broke the tranquility.
Her whimper, echoing the pain of a first-time experience, was swiftly silenced.
Perhaps hearing her, the man's movements slowed, and a cold yet pleasing voice sounded in her ear.
"Good girl, it won't hurt after a while."
His voice, intentionally suppressed, seemed to be low, yet the gentle tone was so dreamy that she felt as if she were dreaming.
The man's hands were bracing on either side of her. He gazed at the flushed girl in his arms, the corner of his thin lips hooked up slightly, he leaned down and gently bit her lips.
This gift was quite pleasing to taste.
...
The throbbing pain in Tang Anning's head woke her up. As her eyelids flickered open, the blurry figure of the man was seen sideways to her.
He sat unceremoniously with his bare feet on the bed, casually buttoning his shirt, dressed in well-fitting trousers that enveloped his straight legs, emanating an aristocratic and refined aura.
Perhaps sensing her gaze, the man nonchalantly turned his head, and Tang Anning found herself staring into a pair of deep, tranquil black eyes.
His strikingly handsome face emanated innate nobility causing her a fleeting pause.
As if realizing something, Tang Anning suddenly sat up. Seeing the scarlet blood stains on the sheets, her eyes widened in surprise.
Tang Anning was panting heavily, anxiously trying to recall what happened yesterday. She had gone to see President Du, but his secretary kept her waiting and poured her drinks. She drank less than two glasses and couldn't remember anything else...
"Wake up?"
"President Du..."
Ji Shaoqing and she spoke almost at the same time.
Hearing her words, Ji Shaoqing paused, his lips curling up in a hint of mockery after a moment.
"My surname is Ji."
Tang Anning didn't notice the ridicule that flickered in his eyes. Upon hearing his words, her eyes widened in surprise, "You're not President Du? Then why are you here? Why am I here? Where did President Du go?"
She fired a barrage of questions at the man, who responded with a cold glance, a sarcastic laugh, and turned to leave.
"Stop! I don't care what your surname is, yesterday you... forced me."
Before the words were fully out of her mouth, she felt her face burning, "Give me ten million, and we can call it a day. Otherwise, I'll take you to court."
Ji Shaoqing's eyes suddenly turned icy, he let out a derisive laugh, "Greedy woman, I despise threats more than anything."
With that, he stood up, ready to leave. Tang Anning tried to get out of bed, but as she stood up, she realized she was stark naked. Logic forced her to suppress her impulse.
"Don't go! Stop!"
Tang Anning shouted at him.
He can't go. What would happen to her company if he did?
She needed ten million, otherwise the company would run out of funds, putting her father and the company in danger.
With her mother having just passed away, she couldn't let anything happen to her father.
In her anxiety, her voice trembled with a hint of tears. The man halted his steps, glanced at her tear-streaked face, finding it rather irksome.
How desperate was he last night to find such a woman attractive?
"You can have the money if you want. Find me before nine o'clock tonight."
"Who are you? Where should I go to find you?"
Tang Anning hurriedly asked him.
Ji Shaoqing ignored her and turned to leave.
This woman sure knew how to play her part, jumping into his bed, asking him for money, then pretending not to recognize him?
He left without leaving any information. Tang Anning hurriedly picked up her clothes to wear, preparing to catch up with him, when her cellphone suddenly rang.
