It rained heavily late at night. 

A Lincoln limousine drove into the most luxurious residential area of Jin City. 

The iron gates opened slowly. As lightning struck above, a figure appeared right in front of the gates. 

The driver stepped on the brakes immediately. 

A woman's scream came from inside the car . 

An ashtray was thrown towards the driver's seat. 

"What kind of driving is this?! If you can't drive properly, I'll fire you!" a voice sounded. 

The man who spoke was dressed in a white dress shirt, with the buttons on the collar undone. 

His toned chest muscles were exposed. 

His facial features were exquisite, as if they had been carefully drawn and sculpted. His dark eyes were brimming with annoyance. 

The driver in the front touched his ear, that had been slightly injured by the ashtray, as he said timidly, "Mr... Mr. Lu... there's someone in front of us..." 

Lu Yunshen gave him an unbothered look. "Well you'll have to chase him away even if he were a ghost! But..." 

"If it's a pretty female ghost, you may bring her up!" he said. 

The driver trembled. "Mr. Lu... the person in front of us... is Mrs. Lu..." 

Lu Yunshen was stunned, but was a little intrigued as well. 

He opened the car door, and the driver followed, holding an umbrella over his head. 

Mu Qian had already waited by the gates for at least two hours.

It hadn't rained when she left the house. Her mother-in-law had said that if she weren't able to bring Lu Yunshen home that night, she'd have to leave the family too!

And her father would no longer be treated in the hospital as they would stop paying the medical fees as well. 

Upon hearing that, Mu Qian ran out instantly in her thin blouse. 

Lu Yunshen strode forward. His messy bangs were draped above his forehead, and his eyes were as bright as the stars. 

Mu Qian looked up at him. 

"What are you doing here, Mrs. Lu? Are you here to catch me cheating?" he asked. 

Lu Yunshen gave her a disdainful gaze. 

Mu Qian bit her lip. "Mr. Lu, there's a family dinner tonight. Your mother will be humiliated if you do not show up..." 

"What does that have to do with me?" Lu Yunshen interrupted. 

He seemed very impatient. 

Mu Qian clenched her fists as a trace of fury appeared on her face. She did not bring an umbrella with her, and her wet hair was pressed against her face. 

Which made her seem even more embarrassing. 

"Mr. Lu, your mother said that if you did not show up, she'd chase me out of the house, and stop paying for my father's hospital fees..." she said. 

As she spoke, she lowered her head humbly and pitifully. 

Lu Yunshen was tall, and he could easily see the fair skin on Mu Qian's neck when she looked down. 

Mu Qian was gorgeous, and everyone in Jin City knew about it, including Lu Yunshen. 

At the thought of that, Lu Yunshen retracted his gaze. "Mrs. Lu, you're embarrassing me by asking for me to go home with you, especially since... I have another woman with me." 

Mu Qian was taken aback. She looked upwards, only to see an alluring woman in the back seat of the car. 

Mu Qian's heart ached.

She clenched her fists tightly as she asked softly, "Mr. Lu, what can I do to make you go home with me?" 

"Haha..." a voice sounded. 

Lu Yunshen had laughed .

The rain did not stop. He stood under the umbrella in his neat slacks as if he hadn't been affected at all, and his white dress shirt made him seem captivating. 

"Mu Qian, are you finally going to give in? Are you finally going to show your true self?" he said. 

"There's no need to test me, Mr. Lu. Just tell me, what must I do to make you go home with me?!" she replied.
